The staff wasn’t all that warm, however the property was ok…basically “mid”. The location was right off canal street and a quick walk to bourbon street. The food was subpar …all-in-all 3/5 stars. It’s nothing to write home about…but not completely awful either.

Would not recommend staying here! There were many surprises that we were not told about ahead of time even after I called before arrival to see if there was anything we needed to know! Staff were rude and unprofessional! Gave us keys that didn’t work to the room! Didn’t get any sleep due to someone fighting in the room down the hall and being very loud. I contacted the front desk and they did nothing about it!! Would not recommend

The valet is not good during big events. The state or 3rd party own the valet and garages. So you have to self park which sucks as a lady by yourself. It’s 10 minutes from the superdome

The location was great. Just steps from Canal and Bourbon Streets. Be prepared for crazy billing... I was charged before arriving. Hotel stay plus incidentals held upon check-in. Then charged at checkout. Gross misuse of available funds. The representative was unable to provide me a rationale for multiple authorizations.
