I called to ask about parking. They said they had parking. But this was not true. It was paid parking. How the heck was I supposed to drive and keep my car? Not even a discount for staying at the hotel. And the clerk was rude about it.

We were there the week before the SuperBowl so the place was hopping! I was there to attend a conference but there was a dance competition going on in addition to a Mardi Gras event ( which is every weekend leading into Mardi Gras). With all of these events going on, there were long waits for the elevators and for those who were checking in/out. I will say the staff was gracious and patient and during lulls in providing services, they would greet and/or communicate with the customers. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily ( I selected this option) and they always did a good job. It was my first time in NOLA and this made the trip very enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Awesome place to stay! Even though unfortunate events occurred during our stay, New Years Eve on Bourbon St., the staff at the hotel answered all questions and provided guests with options concerning their stay. Kudos to these folks! Highly recommend!
