I called to ask about parking. They said they had parking. But this was not true. It was paid parking. How the heck was I supposed to drive and keep my car? Not even a discount for staying at the hotel. And the clerk was rude about it.

The hotel is great with a fantastic staff and great atmosphere. The only issues we had was that the toilet wasn’t working so they gave us another room. Unfortunately we discovered the next morning that the hot water wasn’t working in the new room.

I have stayed at the Marriot several times but the Sheraton beets it by miles. The rooms are bigger and it is smaller than the huge Marriot which means it is more manageable. Will always go back!

Very inefficient and unprofessional. We asked for a bed cover and a blanket. It took them for ever to send it to the room. We had to stay up late at night to get it. The room phone was not working and my son had to go downstairs twice asking about it and the front desk person was careless and gave him only one response: it is in transition. For an hour after midnight this is extremely unacceptable
