This property features contactless check in with key pad entry for the convenience of your guest. This charming two story, six-bedroom Suite located just 3 blocks from Bourbon Street (4 minute walk) features a lovely, furnished-living room with a charming faux fireplace, two bathrooms and a tropical French Quarter Courtyard with BBQ for entertaining. This home Does Not Offer a Full Kitchen but does have a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Cable TV, Wifi, hair dryers are included. Place is pretty much just 11 beds, 6 bedrooms. 2 baths. Really exactly what it advertises to be. Perfect location and I bet it’s amazing at Mardi Gras.

Wonderful experience
Perfect place to stay as a large group. Ample space, enough towels and toiletries. Good fridge space. Walking distance to everything (10 to 15 mins to most attractions). In the most haunted city in America seems ghost-free, which was a relief to all of our guests. :) Neighboring gas station had wonderful snacks and great slushies for mixers. Would recommend to others!

Great Host
Great place to stay, old building but well renovated. Air conditioning was perfect, very comfortable stay. A few blocks from some unsavory neighborhoods, but felt safe once we got there. The host was very transparent and helpful with weather updates following a hurricane one day before our stay. Easy walking to all of New Orleans festivities.

Worked great for a bachelor party. We walked to bourbon street each day. Had plenty of beds and towels in the bathrooms. No kitchen but had a microwave and a fridge for beer. Was perfect for our stay

Perfect spot. We had both new people to NOLA and seasoned veterans to Bourbon st. Everyone agreed this was the perfect walking location to all the fun in french quarters. Host communicated very well made and made it as easy as possible. Could probably sleep 14 but theres only two bathrooms so our 8 was just right. Great experience would love to stay in this exact spot again

A perfect spot for a French Quarter home base
We stayed here for ~4 days for a friend's get-together and had a fantastic time. The location cannot be beat, you're walking distance from everything in the French Quarter, and the property was quiet and safe through the night. Additionally, the host was very communicative and flexible to accommodate. Next time we visit New Orleans, this place will be first on our list. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property was amazing! Super walkable and was able to accommodate our big group. We felt very safe walking around the area, although we did hear some loud people walking down the streets (but that just New Orleans for ya!). The host communicated very well and was available to help us when we needed it. would definitely book this stay again!

Great for bachelor parties.
This place was perfect for our bachelor party. Not too far from bourbon we made the walk multiple times. Had a question for Mike and he responded almost instantly. Would 100% recommend this place for any large groups who are looking to spend most of their time walking around having fun.

Location, location, and location!
As per the title, the house is in a great location. You can walk to the quarter which was great for our guests. With a large group, it was nice that some could make other arrangements instead of trying to make reservations for 10 or more each time. The hkuse was very clean and the access couldn't have been easier. Parking spots were off street and safe. Great experience!

Cute historical home that can accommodate a large group
Came for a weekend stay for a bachelor and bachelorette party with a large group and found the house to be very clean and conveniently located very close to the French Quarter. The layout is interesting to navigate, but is part of it’s historical charm. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio space and were pleasantly surprised at the large size of the fridge/freezer. The only downside is that there are only 2 bathrooms, which are only accessible through (sometimes several) bedrooms, which for a larger group can be a bit complicated, especially if the guests are not well acquainted.

Didn’t have a full kitchen which kinda was a bummer however we did fine without it. It was a solid spot. Stayed cool which was perfect for how hot it was. Property manager was there when we got there and to give us the low down. Great customer service and was there if we needed him for anything (we didn’t though). Perfect location to bourbon. Easy walk or Uber from everything we did. Solid stay
