I loved staying here. The history around this hotel is fascinating. The entire place is beautiful and charming. Even though there was loud music downstairs and a rowdy wedding party going on, my room was quiet and I slept like a baby. The staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit.

Wonderful people and place
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsAmazing customer service. The valet and front desk employees went above and beyond to ensure a good stay. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the historic building and decor. Convenient location in a quieter section of the city too.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. On site restaurants were very convenient- i only had breakfast becuse i was in town for family and ate most meals with them. When i return to New Orleans, i will definitely stay here again.

House keeping never serviced our room the 3 days we were there.

Nice vibe and bar scene, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms have seen better days. Housekeeping could be better, furniture needed a good dusting. Overall would stay again.
