Bien, mais ...

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement et son jacuzzi, mais il était en panne durant notre séjour, moyen pour un Ritz...de plus le wifi est payant en chambre ! Pour un hôtel de ce prix où nous avons passé 3 nuits ce n’est pas top. Je suis pourtant client de Ritz Carlton ( Los Angeles, Washington, Orlando grand Lakes...)Je n’y retournerai pas.

Hotel put us in an upgraded club room, which was great - but the room next door was under construction! We ended up being moved to three other rooms because they kept moving up to smaller rooms. Once settled the club staff were amazing, the lounge had great music, and we were close to the quarter.

I travel often and have always had great service however, this property was not up to their regular standards. Wait times were unusually long, staff was short tempered and this was the first time I've ever been charged to keep my room until after my spa appointment. Typically when you make an appointment within the facility they try to accommodate rather than charge a half day rate for a few extra hours. We also were not greeted upon check-in, struggled to find the front desk, there was no one help with our luggage, and I didn't see any bottled water even though it was very hot outside. Our spa day seemed rushed and my appointments were not back to back as booked.

This was my first experience staying at a Ritz Hotel so my expectations were very high! Our overall experience was awesome, only downside was the rooms mostly the bathroom was very outdated and had paint pealing from the side of the too and side of tub. We went downstairs late to grab a drink and listen to the music and that was awesome! Atmosphere was top notch. We returned for breakfast in the morning and it had really good food too, servers were awesome!
