We liked the 2 bedrooms. Seemed newer couch. Liked having large size bedroom. Tub needs new caulking. Level stove and fridge. Repair hole in breakfast room ceiling. Need to install higher toilet for accessible use. ADA compliance. Halls very dirty.

Pro…front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Cons…This place needs a major renovation. The entry into the building smells like weed. We booked 2 rooms. The heat didn’t work in the one of the rooms. Maintenance came to fix it, but it still didn’t work. Amazing front desk staff moved us to a new room. The toilet in the second room stopped flushing. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the hall. Breakfast looked so nasty we didn’t bother trying it.

Overall, not a bad experience. It was mostly quiet and the staff was superb. However, it does have a “ghetto” feel to it. I woke up and walked to the front desk to check out, and in the hallway behind a “caution wet floor” sign was a pile of broken glass shards that no one felt the need to pick up. Outside the main entrance has a “not kept up” feel to it, and there are chairs and stuff outside the hotel like people just camp out.

Well upon arrival we were greeted. Not ten minutes after entering our room we received a noise complaint. We understood because we had a toddler that was in the car for six hours. So we requested a room on the first floor. That way he could wander without disturbing anyone. The front desk happily obliged. We entered our new room (134) and it reeked urine. I called the front desk and she was apologetic. There was no 2 bedrooms available at the moment. So we stayed as she ensured us one will become available after checkout the next day. I woke up with the biggest headache. My family had to wake up to that smell on Christmas morning. After we returned from visiting we had a room waiting for us. We quickly gathered our belongings and unpacked in our new room. The smell was old but we could breathe normally. My toddler had to bathe in the tub where there was visible mildew stains. The toilet smell was similar to a gas station restroom. The crumby gas station. We found out from a staff member that the room (134) was occupied by an elderly guest with bladder issues. So they knew this room smelled like piss and they still assigned it to unsuspecting future guest. Why? Who knows! This hotel is in need of repairs and renovations immediately! There was no bags for dog waste. The poop station area of course had dog poop just resting in the grass alongside the grille. There was deep holes in this area where look like a structure existed. The kitchen cabinets were very grimy.
