It’s a best western. What do you expect?

It was a best western. You can see the scuff marks on the walls and doors from boots being kicked around. Tv had like 5 channels and was plugged into a power strip that was maxed out and just laying in the open. The air conditioner worked but sounded like it was on its last leg. Went for a wedding so didn’t spend much time there fortunately. The staff was nice.

Last night did not sleep People arguing and slamming doors Ice machine leaking all over the whole 5 nights we stayed Had PRIVACY card on door and cleaning people still came in our room No one there at 5:15am to check out and pay and I am still waiting for my receipt I am going to request a refund for all the malfunctions and trouble and not being able to sleep

Front desk was super helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in terrible condition. Needs serious updating. Bathroom was gross. I will never stay at a BW again.

For goodness sake, please replace the carpeting in the hallways, the least you can do is vacuum daily. I think majority of the rooms are clean, but many are rooms that previously allowed smoking, and it is definitely obvious. They ask guests to just use the main entrance to enter the building, but don’t care to mention it’s because the key card entry isn’t working for the other 4 doors. Then to make things even more ‘safe’, they allow the construction crews, pipeline crews that stay there to prop the other 4 doors open with rocks 24/7. This made me feel very uncomfortable, especially being that I’m traveling solo.

The property needs serious updating. It’s like traveling back to the 1980s. I do not recommend this for $200 a night for $50 more. You could go stay at a Marriott or get a room at Kalahari for the same price and you get a waterpark. At least the pool was closed and everything was severely outdated. I felt that the price should’ve reflected $80-$100

The property was near to restaurants and the expressway. My only complaint was that the vents in the room were dusty.
