Publié le 6 mars 2019 sur HotelsMotel simple, pas tout neuf, mais avec toutes les commodités et le confort suffisants, bien situé à côté d’un magnifique parc. La kitchenette est très pratique. La patronne et le personnel de ménage sont très sympathiques et serviables. Les seuls points négatifs seront l’insonorisation des chambres. Un voisin qui parle fort et nous profitons de toute la conversation :( et un lit un peu trop mou.

The staff were really sweet but they should not try and run a place for social services and homeless people and ask these poor people to shift out for visiting tourists. What’s worse is the tourists have rooms with the homeless people’s personal belongings in the drawers and cupboard and food plus their family photos on the wall. All too sad 😔 why is wotif promoting this - it’s not a regular motel

Very close to the Bowl of Brooklyn and very convenient for the concert we went to. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

Before we arrived, we knew that this motel was being predominately used as emergency housing (this wasn't the case when we booked mid 2023) however the motel manager did everything possible to honour all the bookings for this weekend in spite of the situation she found herself in. She contacted us well in advance, explained what was going on, and gave an assurance that our booking would still go ahead. On arrival, yes the property is run down and needs maintenance but our room, while obviously under renovation (and occupied by a long term tenant who had vacated for the weekend) was clean and the welcome was warm and the complimentary bbq dinner and breakfast was welcomed and went a long way towards making up for the drop in standards that was expected.

Felt rather unsafe as a 73 year old single female
single traveller, lots of loud arguing from the unit next door, stayed only two nights but this was quite constant.
Childrens toys , bikes and ride on bikes scattered, which made me thing it was a Motel used for social housing.
Sad fact that these times are, I do believe that either the Motel direct or the provider in this case Expeditor, should or must inform the customer booking an Hotel , Motel or any other type of accommodation of this situation, so they are informed and have a choice of staying or not.
Very disappointing., Will never stay there again.
