Great Florida 8-Day Vacation - New Port Richey
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice property. Family really liked the condo layout (kitchen, bedrooms, large sectional / lounger in living room, 2 bathrooms). Would stay here again. Aside from a few minor maintenance issues (sticky doors, shower hard to turn on, front screen door and latch needs replacement), this was a great place to stay that was about 30-40 minutes or so from some good beaches.

Spacious Budget Accomodations

The kitchen has all the basics but is sparse if you plan to cook much. The reclining sofa is so comfortable after a long day. The bathrooms are basic. The exterior lighting is very poor especially troublesome when arriving at night. This property requires a fair bit of maintenance. When required someone was available to assist us quickly.

- We're sorry you did not find the pots and pans. We would have been happy to direct you to anything you needed if we had been made aware during your stay. The cookware is located in the oven storage drawer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals and also includes coffee, creamer, water, and free snacks.
- There is adequate lighting outside if the porch lights are turned on, but we apologize if you had trouble when you first arrived. We'll be sure to have our cleaning crew keep the outdoor lights on for guest comfort when checking in.
We truly go above and beyond and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

New Port Richey stay.
Publié le 14 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything went really well. There was a slight problem with the password and TV set up which Maria came over within 10 and straightened out. Unit was clean and quiet. Served our purposes well. Would stay there again.
