The Hideaway stands alone, off the deck, at the back of our property, with its own yard and driveway with ample parking for your toys. The outdoor grilling & cooking area includes a gas grill, 4 burner gas cook top, a large toaster oven, and a large beverage cooler. The deck is covered by a metal roof, making cooking outdoors doable in almost all weather conditions. The screen house makes enjoying those meals outdoors quite comfortable. The picnic table is just off the deck. The yard has ample room for your yard games. The kitchenette inside has a refrigerator, Keurig and 4 cup coffee makers, microwave, crockpot, toaster oven, dishes, beverage ware, utensils and cooking tools. Bring your own food & beverages, and a bundle or two of Maine firewood is always appreciated if you are going to plan a small campfire.
There is a bathroom with a shower in the cabin, and an outside shower (seasonal) on the back end of the cabin. We do provide bedding and towels. There is a multiple device charging port to charge devices, WIFI TV, DVD player, movies, and an Echo Dot for tunes. The cabin is heated / air conditioned and has an electric fireplace. Laundromats are in both nearby towns.
The cabin resources and size cannot accommodate more than 4 guests, so it is important not bring more folks than the reservation allows.
