Nice hotel with a good pool. Disappointed that the whirlpool was not working.

I am very sorry that our hot tub jets are off at this time. We have a leak and cannot run them. Glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

Staff were absolutely amazing . Property is older but probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect!!!!

No elevator to the second floor, no restaurant and vending machines were half empty

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at AmericInn by Wyndham New Richmond. I see based on your review you were mediocrely satisfied. We do not advertise that we have a restaurant on site. We do however make pizzas for our guests. We are also an older hotel and we were not built with an elevator. When making reservations you can always contact us and ask for a first floor room.

Rooms were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Pool area was nice. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

When we got into the room it smelt incredibly musty and wet. The floor was actually wet when I walked in it. It wasn’t just our room, we went into a family members room as well and it was also the same. I will say, the front desk lady was incredibly nice though.

Ryan, I am so sorry about the room. We have had an incredible amount of rain here in New Richmond. Our A/C units have a dry feature to help keep the rooms from moisture when we've had rain like this. I am so sorry if this feature was not turned on for you and your familys room.
