Perfection at the Beach
Posted May 14, 2022 on HomeAwayWe‘ve stayed at Sea Woods before, but in different condos. All were great, but this one is in the absolute perfect location in the complex. Close to all three pools, the nature trail, and beach access! The condo is clean, well-kept, and has a beautiful private patio. If available, we will definitely rent this unit again on our next trip to NSB.

Wasn’t happy with condo.
Posted Apr. 3, 2022 on HomeAwayWhen we first got to the condo we had to take two hour and clean the condo . The toilet were dirty. There was dog hair in dust everywhere. There are these little beetle bugs that seem they made a nest in one of the fake plant tree . We talk to somebody about the air filter it hadn’t been changed since July 7, 2001 it was totally disgusting dirty and full of dust. Nobody ever came out to change the filter. The condo had new floors but everything else was pretty much outdated. The master bedroom had a boxspring mattress with rollers on the Frame so every time my husband moved he pretty much bounced me out of the bed. All in all we had a great time at sea woods but I probably would not rent this condo again.

With threats to charge me for damages it made it a necessidy to report them to the management company that was only able to do a minimal repsonse . It took three emails and then I gave up. As close as I can tell I would say the property is falling apart by neglect and the quality of the original equipment like doors and windows, appliances and electrical equipment does not help.

We appreciate the notification of items that needed attention. We definitely feel we responded to all of the issues promptly, and fixed what was able to be fixed while you were in house. New windows have been ordered and should be replaced this year as they are on backorder.
Based on your request to return next year we are hopeful that you felt we were taking care of all issues and that the unit is not neglected as stated in this review. Close to beach. Dirty.
Posted Jan. 2, 2022 on HomeAwayOverall, the place is fine. Older property but no problems, except very dirty upon check in.
Dried urine on toilet seat, dried food on kitchen utensils and dishes. Need to replace your cleaning people.
Beyond that, it was fine.

Posted Jun. 27, 2021 on HomeAwayThis was the best idea for our vacation. It was all the comforts of home with access to better amenities. When we can go back we will definitely be renting this condo again.
