Publié le 31 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeing on the beach was such a treat for my family who all live up North. We had long daily walks and several went surfing in the ocean. The house is very close to Flagler where all the shops, restaurants, and bars are located. The cottage is very well equipped in the kitchen and there are many towels for the bathrooms and the beach. The beds are inviting with their comforters and pillows. We loved every aspect of the cottage and had a wonderful stay.

Publié le 4 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a wonderful stay at this property. Check in was a breeze. The back porch is well appointed with plenty of seating and direct access to the beach. There is a large shed on property with an assortment of beach items - we used the bikes to ride to the French Bakery in the morning. All furnishings were as described. The location, ample parking and views cannot be beat! Owner was responsive and baked a lemon Bundt cake which was waiting for us upon our arrival - nice touch!
Overall, excellent property and would definitely recommend.

Lovely Beachfront Cottage
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tatum House! The property manager was very accessible and I loved all of the extras! (bikes, beach chairs, towels, etc). The house itself was roomy enough for our group of eight. We all enjoyed the back porch/patio area, esp. the rocking chairs. 10/10 would stay here again!

Family babymoon

The Tatum house looked so special and exceeded our expectations! The location is ideal in every way, the outdoor dining areas and grill made every bite taste even better, the abundance of beach chairs, tents, toys and towels made beach time so convenient, and the charming home, and fluffy beds made relaxing ever so easy. We enjoyed 3 days here, and we all can't wait to go again. The next time, we'll bring baby Bennett with us too!

The Beach Weekend
Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOur host provides everything needed for a family to relax and enjoy time at the beach. This property is truly a 5 star. Accurately described. Check in and check out are smooth. Easy private beach access. The outdoor area around the back of the house facing the beach is spacious allowing all of us to be outside for dinner and drinks. The grill was clean with plenty of propane for cooking. Inside 7 adults were comfortable for lounging and sleeping. Wonderful experience!

A Historic Beauty on the Beach

Our hosts were super responsive and thought of everything, including being welcomed with a delicious lemon cake upon arriving. We spent four amazing nights and our adult kids and family had no problem settling comfortably in. The beds were comfy with high end bedding, a wonderful cozy open living/ kitchen area that had a five star view. The porches had excellent hang out areas. Easy direct access to beach with a stunning up close view! The back porch has a wonderful covered area in case it rains with rocking chairs. I have to mention how well the AC works. We rent beach homes and condos often and this one really works and no temperature requirements! Also, I totally appreciated such a lovely historic decorated so beautifully.

Family wedding getaway

Watching the sun rise from the back porch daily was a true gift! The home caters to adults and children alike. This is so well appointed that all we needed were our clothes. We definitely will return for a longer visit. The style and comfort of this home was a breath of fresh air!
