Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsOur experience was awesome as soon we enter the hotel, started with a great greeting, excellent customer service, very clean hotel from the check in are until room and around the hotel. Great staff, we went for my birthday weekend just my husband and I and had a great time. Definitely I’ll be back here specially this hotel

Perfect as usual, makes you feel at home!

The parking fee is more than worth the price for the secure and convenient lot. As soon as we walked in this year Tracy one of the managers remembered us right away!! Talk about great customer service. The entire staff is amazing from the front desk, housekeeping, management, maintenance, & the very nice breakfast attendant lady. Ignore any bad reviews you see and also splurge a little on the suite it is totally worth the extra room! Sitting out on the front porch is very relaxing and good for people and rooster watching, meet some new friends in the courtyard over a drink that you can purchase along with snacks in the little store by the front desk. Take a walk down Flagler since every bar, shop, & restaurant on the strip is within walking distance, go early and stop by the Christmas shop for locally made souvenirs. Self serve laundry is great for getting those beach towels and suits ready for another day of sun & sand. Cannot say enough good about this hotel! See you guys next July as usual, maybe sooner and thank you so much for another great week of accommodations.

Great choice for an in town stay
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsThis is a very well maintained property with a beautiful courtyard. It is clean, comfortable and had a great location in the Flagler district. Restaurants, bar & grill, and a good family owned ice cream shop are within waking distance. The breakfast was good.

I found two bugs in the bed and the floors were super dirty. My feet were black from walking around the room.

Good location but pricy
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsThe location was great and a nice outdoor patio. The rooms could use a up date. Still only giving room service every other day. Most rooms with no view. There is a $22.00 fee a day for parking. So that will add to the cost per night which is already high
