The property was poorly maintained
The bathroom was dirty and smelt bad

Cleanliness of the changing rooms to the hot springs needs to be improved. There was a used mask in the male steam room and an opened bottle of water on the table which were still there on the next day. Staff were attentive in the dining room and took away the dirty dishes promptly.

Very nice stay
Love the option of having a hot spring soaking tub in the balcony outside our room.

It is a hot spring resort. It is atop a national park, the resort provides some food but the goal is to relax and this place provides on that front. Going from place to place is hard without a car.
