Just wanted to share that the staff did a great job to correct the errors during our check in. That being said, there were quite a few problems that we encountered. We booked a two night stay, but it was only in the system for one night. We wanted a king size bed but were given two queens. One all of this was squared away we couldn't very into our room due to the card reader malfunctioning, to the point that it had to be reprogrammed. This also lead to issues every time we tried to get into the room and would only open the door after multiple swipes.

New Ulm is a great little town. As far as the hotel, we complained of a smell coming from the bathroom sink all week… someone needs to clean the pipes not just run vinegar down. Also the trash needs to be emptied at minimum daily outside. The same trash was there for days. All in all the hotel was ok. I would stay there again and the staff was super nice but they need not be lazy with proper janitorial items.

Everything was ok but the parking was so full one night, we had a hard time squeezing into a spot. One truck had parked horizontally taking up about 6-8 or more spots with the trailer and four or so other vehicles had parked in a way that they took up two spots. There are not clear lines on the ground to direct people to they parked 4-5 ft apart which took up a lot of space. It was also pouring rain so it was more of a bummer to find parking further away.
