Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOn the first day I stayed the customer service person a lady not the guy was great with customer service the cleaning stuff was also great with customer service when trying to rebook for an additional day through the apps it was full getting the room through the hotel was almost triple the price and the counter person again which was a guy didn't really care but basically it was way too much for the type of hotel or motel it was

The person that checked us in did not read my reservation and put us in a smoking room and We are non smoker. He did not mentioned that the room he was putting us in is a smoking room. We checked in drop off our bags after completing a 3 hours trip. We didn’t notice the scent in the room until we came back to the room after 1:30 AM.We were there for a wedding in the area and thought that this would be a convenient place to stay. Anyway, The next Day there was someone else at the reservation desk. After explaining myself and the situation and telling her that we need the room to have 2 beds. They eventually changed the room to a non Smoking room to a king size bed. I was once again disappointed in my how my complaint was handled. I was told that the manager will be on site the next day. He never was never there. The guy that checked us in did not apologize but rather tried to make it seems that it was our fault. I will never go back here again. The rooms had no closet or space to store personal belongings if you’re staying more than 2 days. The soap liquid was not working both rooms.
