No one at front desk ever. Left property after filthy used room upon arrival. Called expedia to get refund. They were unable to reach front desk for approval on refund. EXPEDIA then Called sister property and was hung up on as were we when tried at property. Expedia is responsbile to represent me as a customer who did not stay at property, and instead they are attempting to stick it to my credit card company. Class action suit will follow.

The receptionist was excellent, I believe the hotel may have been short staffed that day but she remained positive and friendly . The hotel is a bit dated but was suitable for my needs. Would recommend
