The hotel was clean, so was our room, the bed very comfortable. The area downstairs has a pub so you can hear a lot of s framing and partying at night. But we were so tired that tuned them out. Overall it was a great experience.

Beautiful, clean, and they gave me an upgrade without even asking. The room was spacious, quiet, and very cozy.

Nice location- ease of access to public transportation, places to eat and nearby places of interest such as WTC

Staff was VERY friendly. Hotel was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Very convenient. Right next door practically to the 9/11 Tribute Museum. One block south from Trinity place.Parking garage 1 block East.
Will stay here again!
