Hotel simple mais confortable, largement suffisant puisqu'on n'y fait que dormir. Le café à volonté est bon,, mais peut-être manque t-il de quoi petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est agréable. Merci.

La fille à l’accueil, vraiment un service de marde

La fille à la réception pour être polie. Nous a fait perdre 1H à notre arrivée en plus que ça nous a coûté 15$ de frais à cause de son erreur. Elle tapait ma carte de crédit mais elle devait l’insérer vu le montant élevé. Elle m’a dit que c’était ma carte de crédit qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Chambre un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle et propre. Les meubles ont un peu vécu mais la clim fonctionne très bien ce qui est indispensable pour un mois de juillet ou d'août à New York. A 2 min a pied de la station Queensboro Plaza et 5 min de la station Queens Plaza qui est bien plus pratique.
