Problems
Only 2 elevators and one was broken. Takes 30 minutes to be able to get in the elevator unless you want to take a 40lbs bag down/up 14 flights of stairs.

Worst hotel stay
One of the 2 elevators did not work. Long wait times to go to the room a d back down. Had to use stairs (7 floors). You could hear all the loud noise at 4am to about 5 am and everyone in the hallway as if the door was open. All they did was give me late check out. We shouldve been given some kind of credit. We pay so much for the hotel and not be able to relax sleep in or even take the elevator. That is ridiculous.

Great location that is why it costs so much. It isn’t the decor or hotel features it is location. One small working lift for a 27 floor hotel drove all guests nuts.

Bryan at check in was great. He got us a room as soon as we arrived and the cookies and water were a nice touch. The only major negative was that the elevator was broken leaving g only one small elevator for the entire hotel. They had no idea when it would get fixed so we had to climb to the sixth floor and down each time.

The staff was really kind and hospitable. The penthouse suite was amazing views were unmatched. But being on the 27th floor, 1 of the elevators was down all of our trip. This led to extensive waiting times, claustophobic encounters and there was also a point in time where both elevators stopped and we had to use the stairs for 27 floors!!! Breakfast is basic no variety
