Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HotelsSéjour correct, chambre propre, l'hôtel est bien placé dans New York , cependant le "petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre" est plus que passable : plus de café ou de thé à 8h, rien à manger et pas de réapprovisionnement.
Obligé d'aller déjeuner ailleurs.

Séjour agréable, cependant, ayant opté pour une réservation sans acompte et donc l'intégralité à régler sur place, nous avons appris en arrivant à l'hôtel par la réceptionniste que notre réservation avait été annulée car l'hôtel avait essayé de prélever la moitié de la somme auprès de notre banque avant notre arrivée, transaction qui bien sûr sans notre présence et n'ayant pas été préalablement informé a été rejetée par notre banque…
Nous avons attendu plus de 2 heures assez inquiets par la situation, temps pendant lequel la réceptionniste était entre son PC et le téléphone concernant notre dossier…
Au final nous avons eu une chambre (heureusement qu'il y en avait de libre) mais non sans angoisse !!!
Il semblerait qu'il existe des problèmes de transmission des infos de réservation entre Hotel.com et les hôtels...A revoir car cela est extrêmement angoissant !!!

Bon emplacement. À notre arrivée toilette bouché, matelas qui sentait l’urine.
Le petit déjeuner est quasi inexistant : pas de choix, un appareil à gaufre pour tout l’hôtel.
