There were 3 elevators in the property, but unfortunately, the staff also use the elevators as a "service elevator", so there were often long wait times for the elevators and they are also very small considering the size of the hotel. The ladies at the reception desk were not friendly at all and seemed like they really did not want to be there.

The hotel rooms are good. the lobby is crowded and elevators seem little for the traffic. breakfast is always very crowded. People even sit in the lobby for breakfast. the area around the hotel even though it is very close to time square is not clean or nice. there are always a lot of people doing shady stuff in what looks to be a drug selling point. at night the Walt to the hotel doesn't fell totally safe.

Right on Times Square! Delicious breakfast, but very busy and long lines with no where to sit. Comfy beds. Clean. Quiet. Slow elevators though!

The elevators were too slow, and their algorithms are not good for people stayi g on higher floors, we had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator, while all 3 are working, and very fast to move. This is ridiculous...
