Arrived at 7 pm to check in. Was informed only shuttle available next morning for a 9:30 am domestic flight was a 6 am slot. All other shuttle spaces were already taken. Was told I could take an Uber or Taxi. So much for their very limited free shuttle service to JFK.

The pillow be very very very uncomfortable and mattress could be better. Your guest need better sleep comfort. When we ask for better pillows . Guest services brought even worse pillows. We had 7 day of discomfort and poor sleep .
