Staff was friendly, clean comfortable room. Refrigerator didn’t get cold enough, ice only available through room service? Which of course leads to a tip for room service, this is not okay.

Amazing hotel. Staff were friendly. Pretty good sized room. I was lucky enough to have a view on times square. Would not hesite to book again if I am on New York again but will definitely try hard rock hotels in other cities

Roof top Restaurant closed

The Hotel was clean and the personnel were friendly, Except the restaurant. One waitress was rude and didn’t check on our table. We asked politely to come to our table as we wanted to order more drinks. As I paid she expected to be given 18% tips. I only gave her 15%. The waitress added the 3% onto my room tab. I booked this hotel as I was looking forward to eat and hang out on the restaurant roof top. The day of my arrival the staff stated that during winter they closed the rooftop restaurant Sundays and Mondays. The website never mentioned this. That was a big disappointment!
