Swimming pool and spa are really nice after a long day of visits (could be interesting to have longer opening hours during the day). Subway stations are all around the hotel. Once the windows are closed there is no noise, even at night. The lobby is agreable.

Bon rapport prestations/prix mais notre nuit a été perturbée par le bruit de la ligne de métro passant juste dessous : est ce dû au 1er étage ?

Sur les étages quand un client ferme sa porte le bruit est fort, on l'entend de partout surtout si les chambres sont proches.

We got there at 6 pm to be told that our room wasn't ready when check in is at 3 pm, we had to wait 45 minutes at the lobby. The parking is ridiculous, they take your car and put it on a lot outside the hotel area plus we choose the option parking when we reserved with the hotel and we had to pay $10 extra because we had an SUV ?? The elevator shaft was making noise that we could hear it all the way to our room so you can guess that we hear that when we tried to sleep, smell of marijuana inside the lobby and upstairs, wouldn't recommande this hotel if you can call this an hotel

Arrivés très tôt dans la matinée une première réceptionniste nous promet notre chambre pour 11h, nous avons finalement dû attendre 13h30 et revenir plusieurs fois au comptoir alors même que nous étions épuisés du voyage. Nous comprenons que le check in se fait à 15h mais l’organisation nous a d’abord fait espérer une entrée anticipée pui finalement nous avons attendu dans le lobby pendant 1h30. S’en est suivi 3 échecs de carte de chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas (avec attente de plusieurs minutes pour prendre l’ascenseur) encore une belle perte de temps. Autre déception, l’entretien de la chambre quotidien n’a pas été fait. Pour couronner le tout, le personnel du front desk est très peu aimable, le dernier contact la personne ne nous a même pas parler (achat d’une boisson) et s’est contenté de nous tendre la machine à carte. Expérience décevante
