Great location for getting to cultural assets on foot. Outside property is not great, but it was a cold time of year, so people were using the recessed entrance to get out of wind. Access to room was not handled well and it was necessdary to go back down to desk to have a change made.

Be careful that your $50 fee for damage/ incidentals is refunded. Many minutes on the phone trying to rectify that now. Also, room was not ready, so we stashed our luggage and went out and about. When we returned well after check-in time, rooms were not available.

On my second night, new "neighbors" made a huge amount of noise in the hallway between 11:23 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. Every time I got up to go to the door to tell them to be quiet, they were in their rooms, then came back into the hall with their party. I reported this later to the property but as yet have received no response or offer.

Tiny rooms and beds, but clean. Housekeeping was subpar as they did not replace towels and wash cloths when cleaning. We had to call every night to have them bring up to us.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Due to the holidays the hotel lobby was very crowded and every staff member handled it with grace and a smile. Very friendly staff.

I hardly do these reviews but felt feedback was important. Elevators are hardly accessible with huge wait times to get out of building. We walked down 19 flights with luggage to get out and helped another couple do the same to avoid being late. Did not have enough towels. Water barely lukewarm the entire stay. I would not book this location again.
