Comfortable Enough
Posted Mar. 3, 2023 on HotelsGreat location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday.

Worst experience with hotels. First, they move my reservation to a totally different hotel with no reason.. my new hotel never switched over in Expedia so I had no clue about this new hotel. I had so many problems at the new hotel.. i did NOT recieve the same accommodations at all. Do not book with Hotel 46 becasue you run the risk of them moving you with no reason and do NOT book with The Manhattan Times Square. Awful hotel.

This hotel location is closed for renovations. We discovered this only after arriving in NYC. They have us moved to another hotel and confirmed. However the Manhattan Time Sq is a dump. Key cards don’t work. Multiple 1 hour plus lines to speak with the one receptionist.

Went we arrived to make check in they tell us that the hotel is out of service that we have to move to another hotel that they find for us, i never received a email or a call.
