Had trouble with the coffee maker. Other than that, no complaints. Bed very comfortable. Liked that the lobby had view of the street. I'd stay at the Beacon again.

It was a beautiful hotel in the front desk. Allowed me to check in early as my room was already available

When I arrived, my room was given to someone else. They wanted to send me to a hotel way of of the area. I balked and refused because my son lives in this area and I was meeting my daughter here in the morning. They then gave me a new room which was a suite. Lovely but blind would not come down and tv would not come on. Repair men came ( very nice and helpful) and pulled blind down. Which was off the track of which I am not to raise it. They fixed the tv. The outlets are wobbly and my chargers will not work in them. I have stayed at the Beacon over the years and this has never happened before. I have a room here on nov1 when I get back in town. I am hoping this will not be repeated
