Property and facilities are rundown with very little recent maintenance. The hotel felt dirty due to lack of upkeep. Great location for events at the Javits Center and food in Hell’s Kitchen. Carefully consider this Hotel, basic comfort is really more important than location.

I was a little worried after reading some poor reviews however i couldnt fault my stay. The staff were lovely & helpful, the rooms were spacious & modern. There were plenty nice seating areas to chill in after our long days of sightseeing. The location was great, Times Square & Hudson Yards within walking distance. Circle line cruises at the end of the street & shops & cafes on hand. I would definitely stay here again.

Although my room was in the second floor, the windows face out into an internal courtyard (that does have sun coming in) but if you want privacy you have to close the blinds which ends up giving basement apartment vibes.

A little hard to find in the dark (arrived after 11pm) but front desk let us in and registration was seamless. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was a quiet night. There is no hair dryer so bring your own if you need one. There are multiple coffee shops etc nearby.

The room was pretty clean. It could have been a bit cleaner but everything else was fine. AC worked great, heat worked great. Bed was comfortable. Sheets are a little hard. Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. This was an excellent stay for NYCC. Even with no closet space we made it work. Thanks for a nice stay.

The location was really excellent! For that reason alone I would stay at Hudson Yards Hotel again. The staff were very helpful and kind. I did have a little ant infestation—-quite harmless, just pesky. The staff took care of it. The lights were a bit of a mystery, but I did have light. I very much liked this hotel!
