I would never stay here again. Security deposit is 200 dollars. You cannot check in until 4:30 pm and anytime before that is a 75 dollar fee Second I got charged 100 extra dollars for staying until 2 pm if they had told me I would have simply left. I will never stay here again. Never

Sadly, I should have seen the other reviews, but it was a very last minute trip and basically picked the first thing with a good location. Beyond disappointing! Pictures don’t make sense with real place. My room was really dirty, full of glitter (like hosted a party the night before), should’ve inspected the room before living to run the errands I went for this very last minute trip. Once back quite later, it was too late to realize that my bed it was disgusting! The sheets had hair and a stain of blood (?!), the comfort a stain that seemed to be something greasy. Didn’t feel quite safe also, with apparently one single employee the whole night, no security, no cameras around, the hotel didn’t even had a sign (?!). I do have to admit that the staff I interacted with, was nice, welcoming and cordial. Specially the solo one front the night shift (which he was amazing and very apologetically polite by the whole bed “situation”. The location is great, but honestly, it was $472 (because I’m still waiting for the $200 deposit back) for a Tuesday night off season, even if it was like $50 bucks at least CLEAN sheets and floor should be the minimum. Beyond unhappy.

The room didnt have a closet or dresser. They offered instant coffee in the lobby. It looks as though they just opened up and were not ready. When i asked for a receipt they said the printer wasn't working - shock. They said they could email, wrote my email on a piece of paper and two dsys later, no receipt. Convenient location, but not recommended

The room was great. The only thing is that there was no bar fridges and the tv did not have any channels and fire stick did not work, but we did not use it. We got our own bar of soap for washing hands. As they gave us just body soap in a small tube. They gave us new towels every day. Any thing you need, like hairdryer you just ask the front desk. Thank you for having us.

I had requested someone fix the outlets for the lamps. Nobody came. Then asked the front desk because their phone number does not work. I was assigned a new room and WALKED in on someone. Then was placed in a double room. Do not expect robes or slippers or even house cleaning. I made my bed every day. I appreciate the staff realizing that was unacceptable. However, this place needs a lot of improvement and looks better online. I would say it is equal to staying at a motel.

It was super safe, me and my other friend (2) girls stayed alone and we felt super comfortable. The rooms are super modern and the bed was very comfy. The blinds were pretty sheer but at night if all your lights were off no one can see in, and on top of that we only had one person pass by our room in the 6 days we were there. It was super good location, about 10-15 minutes walk to Times Square and close to the subway!
