Pros: Most genuinely friendly and nice staff at any hotel I have been to. 5 stars for staff. Also, nice size room and bathroom, comfy bed.
Cons: creepy, depressing room, the only light from outdoors was a covered skylight that couldn't be opened, and a huge window to the hallway, so everyone passing would see everything in the room. Literally the least possible was in the room. There was a bed with linens, and towels, and soap that couldn't be opened. The room was freezing and the air/heat didn't work (they gave me heaters). I thought maybe they were still in the process of opening, but nope, been 18 or so months. It was astonishingly mediocre for $300+ a night. So bad.
