Everyone was Pleasant on arrival. Just they said we could check in early, paid 100. But our room wasnt ready till 3. So they didnt give the money back. But everything else was great!

Not a great property!!! The sofa bed was a solid metal frame with bars and the mattress was two inches thick so ended up sleeping on the floor. Told the hotel about the issue every day and the promised to fix it every day and nothing ever happened. Half way through the holiday the room flooded so we were moved and had the same problem. Do not stay here if you plan to use the sofa bed!!

Convenient for Times Square, Penn Station and access to many places. Good Irish pub across the road if you don't like American food. Breakfast is extremely busy but it was August. Toilet was blocked on check in but fixed within 10 minutes. Our room was on the 2nd floor and internal courtyard so able to open the window and let in fresh air. Really quiet and able to walk quickly up and down stairs to lobby. Good luggage storage so a good value option for tourists.

I enjoyed the hotel however, my room was right next to the elevators so I heard a lot of noises all night. Also, the next-door neighbor was not considerate enough to not let their door slam while exiting so it kept waking me up in the morning and at night, also the hair conditioner bottle was filled with shower gel instead! The breakfast Buffet had a lot of offerings and a microwave to heat things up as needed. The gym was nice and quiet and provided filtered water. A good place to stay close to Times Square!
