The windows are OLD and BAD. Freezing Cold air coming into the room. The window shades are old and dirty. Old carpet needs an upgrade. Why does the TV face a wall and not the bed? I'll never stay at this Hyatt again. Wonderful staff, however!

Like the other reviews say, the room size was small. However, for my family of three, a hotel room is only for us to sleep in, so as long as the beds are comfortable, we are fine. The property is very conveniently located. Times Square is the Metro station where all the trains will pass by. I was afraid that it would be loud, since I’m a light sleeper, but the windows were quite soundproof. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay.

Location close to Times Square..5 minute walk. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had variety and was tasty…with Good Coffee! Room was a little small, but typical for NYC. Parking was arranged nearby, at 65$, which is fair. Nice large sized TV in room. Overall, excellent stay, and good value.

Checked in on January 1st. Apparently a lot of ppl opted for late check out very late in the day. I had two rooms- first one was ready at 7pm and the second was ready at 9:30pm.

We had a great stay. Rooms were very clean and staff was nice. The only thing we did not like was the room was too warm and you cannot adjust the thermostat below 68 degrees. We had to open the window.
