Une nuit agréable

Sejour d'une nuit. Check in rapide, efficace et chaleureux. Chambre spacieuse et confortable (6eme etage vue splendide sur Manhattan au coucher du soleil). Niveau de service optimum (restaurant, room service, petit-déjeuner, navette aéroport,...). Quartier résidentiel agréable.

Très bon choix d’hôtel près de l’aéroport, navettes aéroportuaires 24/24 heures, parking durant le séjour en vacances moyennant un supplément.

Hôtel proche de l'aéroport, propre et sympathique. J'aurais mis le maximum mais à un certain moment, une odeur de marijuana est rentrée dans la chambre par je ne sais quel biais. Ça a été assez désagréable. C'est juste ce point qui a été négatif. Je ne sais pas si ça venait d'une autre chambre ou de l'extérieur. Pourtant tout etait fermé..

Front desk joking around while ignoring guests, not professional at all. Room not soundproofed and bad position right next to the road on the first flooor with car alarms going on in the middle of night. A stay that should only be made if you're gonna sleep on the street.

Cet hotel n’est absolument pas un hotel Crown Plaza, tout juste un 2 ⭐️ ! Chambre d’une propreté douteuse, salle de bain vieillissante, bref, un hotel tres cher en rapprt a ses prestations !

Établissement situé dans la zone hôtelière qui se trouve à proximité de l'aéroport Kennedy. Les services sont limités pour ce genre d'hotel, par exemple, ne pas s'attendre à un bagagiste. Toutefois, les chambres sont très correctes et propres et ce contrairement aux parties communes.
