First pleasantly surprised, then disappointment.
Posted Aug. 25, 2024 on HotelsA nice 4-star hotel that is cheaping out on water? They don't even bother providing a carafe full of filtered water. Having to go to the hallway searching for water with a paper cup is so Motel-8 style.
The notice cancelation windows are not working. Be ready to be woken up at 5 am from all the trucks driving outside.

Convenient location.
Easy access to transportation.
Customer service ok.
No hot water initially, but was resolved later in the day. Rooms are clean with good quality toiletries and refrigerator, but room was very noisy.

Located one block from the heart of Time Square & one from the majority broadway theaters.
The staff is excellent always helpful with advice or directions.
The hotel is clean & newer, has steamer for clothes in each room.
I would recommend the Kimpton!
