Great location
Great location. Clean spacious room for 2 in NYC. 3min walk to times square. No ammenties but if you are in NYC to be a tourist no reason to be in your hotel. Also the street is surprisingly quite. Id stay again

Arrived at 7pm and advised room was not ready and had to wait another hour. Compensated $40 for almost 5 hours delay on their part. Shower had horrible drainage basically stood in a puddle as you showered. City view was the back of the building facing an office. Carpets and overall appearance looks dirty.

I booked a stay and paid a $150 deposit, which I was told would be refunded. Despite following up via email, I haven't received a response. My credit card statement still shows the charge. Could you please look into this? I didn't break any items and was out most of the time, only using the room to sleep. Thank you.
