Half a block from Times Square; amazing location! The rooms have the necesarry but are very small indeed. I asked for a coffeemaker and got one, but I consider these should be standard in the room, as well as refills daily of coffeecups. Staff very helpful, pleasant, and profesional.

Very loud noise of the AC in the room. Sadly the AC also kept the room warm. If you need a good sleep after a busy day, I will not recommend this hotel to you.

The room was about 9 feet wide by 14 feet long and the toilet, sink and shower were in that room space. The air conditioner was very noisy. The bright lights from the time square M & M board kept flashing thru the edges of the “blackout” shade, so you have to wear a face mask to block out the light all night. The pluses included fast elevators, clean, staff and location.

Property was very clean and in a great location. It is suitable for a couple only. Tiny but cozy. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. We would definitely stay again!

The staff was rude upon arrival saying that there was a line but there were no signs? The bar staff was incredibly rude. I did like the cleanliness of the hotel. It was very loud at night
