The gym there wasnt enough to get a proper lift, but they have some partnership with a gnarly underground gym a few blocks away and gave me day passes every day, which was rad. Had a great time.

Our room’s air conditioning didn’t work and it was 80 degrees. Brought a fan and was supposed to have engineering check it. Not luck. Had to go back to the desk a third time. Finally changed our room. Other than that, it was a nice hotel. Fun atmosphere.

It was good location to metro stations, Chinatown and Little Italy. Breakfast and coffee cafe were great. Nice seating outside for eating. Great for family vacation We ahd a 2 am false fire alarm which was loud for quite a while until they could turn it off and sort out an all clear. So we loss sleep that night.

Staff was very friendly. Very comfortable mattresses. Wish they would up grade the toilet paper though! Walking distance to a lot of different sites. Bernie was very helpful to us multiple days! Would not hesitate to stay again next year! Thanks Moxy staff.

Beware that you are charged a DESTINATION FEE of $30 USD per day. The hotel then states that you get a credit at their lounge and pop-up cafe of $30, but that's just to pay off the destination fee. You still have to pay for all your purchases so you don't actually get any credits. They don't tell you about the destination fee either until you check out and realize you're on the hook for all your "credited purchases". Total scam.

Nice hotel - great location!
Overall my stay was good. There were a few hiccups... cleaning staff only came once in my 6 night stay, the system indicated that my stay ended the day before it did, but all in all, the room was lovely (i had an incredible view) and the staff - most especially Champaine(!!) made the stay good. The hotel is in an excellent location - easily walkable to Soho/Chinatown and well connected to the B/D line. All in all - happy I stayed here.

We stayed at the hotel 4 nights and we loved it. Our room was clean, modern, with confortable beds. Even tho our room with double beds was small, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and professional. We recommend !
