I have stayed at the POD more than a few time and the service and facilities are consistently superb. Personally, I like a room that has just what I need and no more, and the rooms here do that. As on a cruise, I'm out and about during the day, and just need a neat place to wind down and sleep.

The room we were in was compact yet the double deck beds were comfortable with a tv at the foot side of each bed. Everything was designed to function efficiently where everything that we needed were available except for a microwave. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.

Great location near subway stop. Clean, safe feeling, quiet, enough space (believe it or not)! The shower situation is not bad. It’s a fun story to tell. The rooms have great use of storage and space. Amazing rooftop. I would recommend and stay there again!

They got in the room without concent, left debris and mess they refused to clean it. Spoke to me with total disrespect and raised their voice at me when i asked to clean. When checking in, the room was dirty and sticky! Never again!!

Get what you pay for hotel in Williamsburg with a nice surrounding area, however rooftop bar and hotel bar were closed which was not mentioned on website. Housekeeping did not show up when requested and toilets were out of order.

Although the hotel was good in the respect it was fine for sleeping and access to Manhatten, the roof top and bar/cafe were closed. This was disappointing as hotel was chosen partly for these features.

We stayed in one of the more budget friendly rooms, and it had the toilet INSIDE the shower room, meaning you were showering with the toilet beside you getting drenched. The shower door didn't even close properly so it leaked some water on the floor. I understand it's a budget hotel but really strange layout choices.
