A lot of the amenities that were advertised with the hotel were closed or inaccessible with no explanation as to why. When we asked for sheets for the bare pullout beds in the room, we were told that there were no linens in the entire hotel.

Near or son’s apartment, therefore perfect. Staff at check in are is the typical New York staff aloof if not outright dismissive but it is how everybody is in NYC,

Very close to main subway which made it great for getting to city at all times of day. Rooms was very comfortable, though lacked a cupboard for clothes storage. Sometimes was a little noisy in hotel.

What a great stay! The front desk staff were super friendly. Got me in by 12 noon and made us feel super welcomed. The restaurant staff was excellent and can’t wait to return!

Nice overall very easy check in and check out process. Loved that you needed a key to go up to the rooms. Easy to access transportation. Felt safe walking around, and even ate locally. Only thing I would call out would be the towels, very poor quality.
