Wonderful!
We were really happy with the size and look of the room. Generous sized bathroom and shower areas. Loved the decor and feel throughout the hotel. Staff was VERY friendly! Would definitely recommend, and visit again!

Literally right next to Times Square!
Nice hotel. Lounge was cozy. Staff were very accommodating. Easy walk to Times Square and short walk to Rockefeller Plaza. They do not have parking garage so we had to park at a nearby parking garage

This hotel was very convenient. Just one block from Rockefeller Center, close to Bryant Park and Times Square. Also great 5th Avenue shopping. Super walkable and safe area. They do offer a continental breakfast, but choices are a bit limited. It was great for a small pastry and quick cup of tea/coffee. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Location, location, location!! Around the corner from all the main touristic attractions. Walking distance to Times Square, Broadway, Rockefeller, Radio City, 5th Avenue! The city at your fingertips. Very nice and professional staff, clean rooms. The only negative for me was the construction going on across the street and the traffic noise as my room faced the street. Also the breakfast was truly basic and disappointing for a 4star hotel. Once again you are paying for the location. And people do make a difference they were all very nice and friendly. Special thanks to the bellman that worked in the evening of our departure on December 26 and went out of his way to help us reach the taxi that couldn’t make it closer to the hotel!! He definitely deserves a raise. Without him we would have lost our plane. Word to the wise the traffic in Manhattan is insane take this in consideration when leaving the hotel.

Very Nice
Nice hotel, well located, updated room/bathroom, comfortable bed and breakfast included. It is a very nice hotel. Is it a luxury hotel, not really, but it is very nice. It's got an eclectic vibe to it. Also, I personally enjoy smaller hotels where the walk to your room isn't a mile, so that also appealed to me.

We absolutely love the property. The staff was beyond superb. They took that extra little step to make it extremely memorable for me and my daughter every single person that worked there the doorman the front desk the workers at breakfast the Bellman they really made you feel like family I will recommend the sanctuary to everybody that I know, and we will definitely be going back in the future That will be our hotel when we go to Manhattan thank you to everyone that made it special. Jimmy ,Spencer , Vinchette,Johnathan and Dustin(forgive me to the others that I didn’t get their names, but you are all WONDERFUL!!!!! and knowing that it was my daughter‘s birthday and for you guys to put a beautiful slice of pie for her in the room was just the icing on the cake thank you thank you thank you!!!!A
