we found a used condom in a box, air conditioner was broken, our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was absolutely nothing like the pictures online.

Loved the stay! They had every basic need including pots and pans. Definitely recommended for a family traveling with children.

CAUTION !! the information does not correspond

The service is bad and very slow; Most of the staff seem upset while working.
And the place in general is very dirty, the hallways, elevators and bathrooms smell very bad.
The ventilation system is so defective that the fire alarm was activated and we had to evacuate the place and the firefighters arrived.
Finally, the work on the side closes street access and generates noise 24 hours a day. I was not warned about this when booking and construction was already in progress. We had to carry suitcases a few blocks to be able to access and exit through this blockade.
This experience is unfortunate for me and my family; I wish, I consider fair, financial compensation from Sonder.
I have photos and videos of everything I describe here; I await your response on this matter to decide how to proceed in this regard.
