Nice hotel, but old. Front desk staff was nice, the breakfast area is crowded with not enough seats for everyone. Breakfast if ok. Around 20 min walk to subway.

This hotel is perfectly located for visiting relatives who live close by in Carroll Gardens. The price is great for NYC and the rooms are nice and very clean. Breakfast is good but there are no real amenities. Even if there isn't a full gym it would be nice to have room for a yoga mat and a couple of treadmills.
