No tea with tea set! No view in deluxe city view room! Otherwise large spacious room, luxury bathroom, great fitness centre. Watch for 45 usd facility fee daily. Overall still a good stay.

We thank you for your review after stay. Kindly note that our In-room dining team can bring coffee/tea makers to guestrooms upon request. All of our Harbor View rooms has the waterfront view which has the view of Statue of Liberty, and city view rooms are towards the north. We hope this helps for your next time stay with us.
With regards to Residence fee, We have packaged up different premium services that typically come at a charge at most hotels and combined them under one flat fee. Our Residency fee includes the following services:

Situation géographique exceptionnelle à proximité immédiate de Battery Park.
Service de conciergerie efficace qui s’occupe de vos réservation d’activité.
Mise à disposition gracieuse de vélos permettant les balades sur le pont de Brooklyn et sur les quais le long de l’Hudson. A recommander sans hésitation!
A déplorer l’application de frais journaliers de 40$.

Malgré qu’on ne disposait pas de frigo bar dans les chambres, on a eu un excellent service. Un grand merci à Mohamed de la reception: courtoisie, professsionalisme et savoir faire irreprochablle. Hotel que je recommannderaai surement

Bien que situe a Manhattan nous n avons pas ete derange par le bruit. Les chambres sont bien isoles et tres spacieuses. Proprete et confort irreprochable. Tres bien desservi par transport en commun.

Hotel vieillissant. Des tapis usés et pas très nets. Les vitres très sales.

Kindly note that the exterior of the building is cleaned yearly basis, so it may had the wind/dust marks of the window outside, but we maintain the inside perfectly clean for guests. Le petit-déjeuner était compris dans notre 'deal' : c'était à la carte et délicieux.
