Had foldup shelf for luggage/meals and a kitchenette with microwave, sink and fridge for a great rate.

My room had no carpeting apart from a rug around the bed .I was walking on bare concrete.The shower never got hotter than luke warm .The draft from the french window was horrendous,keeping the room on the cool side.The walls are very thin you can hear activity from other rooms and the smell of weed was coming in from the next room.There was no hair drier or clothes hangers in the closet.I spent hours looking at rooms all over New York ,sure wish I'd not picked this one.

This old factory tuned hotel has modern/old and industrial in one style, very convenient location in the quiet corner of busy lower Manhattan. A pleasant stay, will return on my next visit to New York.

I travel to the financial district often for work and try a different hotel each time. I will be rebooking here! it's quiet, clean, the rooms are a good size and the staff are kind.

Shower drain clogged. No electrical receptacles near bed. Light switches on wall opposite of bed. Bare concrete floor with one small, dirty carpet at foot of bed. Bed linens had strong, foul odor. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Very quiet area. Clean and modern restroom.

Washroom felt kind of dirty. Walls were super thin so you can hear everyone and everything. Tv was nice! Had some Netflix on it and such. Bed was clean but pretty uncomfortable.

Woken up through the night by LOUD “cleaning services” why at 11pm-1am are u banging while cleaning ? The water wouldn’t get warm and was barely coming out of the sink it was annoying but great for the price and location you get what you pay for…
