This is a very nice and more affordable hotel option to stay at with a quick 15-20 min subway ride into Manhattan if that’s what you’re looking for! Only complaints are the apartment complex that I Lia parallel to the hotel was playing extremely loud music one of the nights which made it hard to fall asleep. Another thing to keep in mind is this area of Queens is not the nicest, it is kind of sketchy especially at night. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have children. I would definitely stay here again if it’s just my partner and I due to cleanliness and price point!

This was my 3rd time staying at this location. The staff is always so great. The subway station was a 5 minute walk which was very convenient. Throughout the years i noticed more cops were in the area which I appreciated.

The hotel looks pretty new, but once we got there front desk gentleman was on the phone non stop, could not pay attention to new check in in the lobby… once we got in the room it was really cold and we requested a heater or more blankets…. No one bothered to bring anything…..

My partner and I stayed here during our 4-day NY trip and we were only at the hotel to sleep since we were out most of our days exploring the city. The neighborhood around the hotel might look sketch but it really isn’t as bad as other guests have mentioned in their reviews. I enjoyed how clean the hotel was and how helpful the workers at the front desk were. Everytime we walked in or left the hotel, they always greeted us with a smile. There’s also a subway station down the block which is super convenient.

They did not return the 100 dollars that they asked us for when we arrived at the hotel, as a guarantee for our stay. In the end they were going to return it to us but they didn't. And we left on time with the entire room full.

The hotel is located 2 blocks away from metro F, and a lot of bus stops nearby. The area feels unsafe although there are a lot of police and cameras around. The hotel is perfect, very clean, spacious, good decorated. The people are very friendly and respectful. The breakfast is very tasty, you have many varieties of food and drinks. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel itself was great the breakfast was on point staff was great! If I had to complain my room door didn’t close all the way when coming and going it had to be closed manually. Also parking is horrible! But other than that the hotel was beautiful and clean and welcoming!!!

I booked a room with a double bed, ADA room. I was told there are no ADA rooms with double beds, I showed the on the internet, where it says they have the room. The person at the desk she knows it's online, but says they don't have them, and knows it's wrong. I had to stay in a non-ada room. Very inconvenient.

The hotel itself was very nice, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. They provided complimentary breakfast from 6:30 to 10am. The parking is very limited, I believe that I counted about 8, maybe 9, parking spots - after those are taken then you need to use street parking. The surrounding area is near some NYCHA housing projects, as well as some homeless shelters - so, some of the people you will see in the streets can look a little‘sketchy’. I did, however, see a police presence. Overall, I had a really comfortable and good experience.
