We have a dog, and we were given a room that opened on a grassy courtyard where we could take our dog on a leash. It was really nice. One complaint: Instead of free coffee in the lobby for room guests, we had to pay $3.50/cup from a Starbuck's machine. That seemed cheap, given the room rates!

Upon arrival the bathroom floor had random hairs on it. Made me want to vomit. I cleaned the floor so I could go to sleep. This didn’t set a good tone. Beds seemed clean. If you are like me and need a firm mattress this is not the place for you. Very soft! I asked and was told all rooms have the same mattresses.

Everything was great except the front desk person Kayla was less than friendly. Another couple was checking in at the same time and we waited 3-4 minutes without anyone attending the front desk. I eventually walked behind the counter to the back room to ask for help. We needed to get to our room to get ready for a wedding. The room was clean and spacious, good shower pressure, comfortable beds, dark room. The women at the breakfast/Starbucks counter were very pleasant and friendly.
