Disappointed

Air conditioning didn’t work in our room. They were apprehensive to give us a different room after staying in the room with no ac for 4 hours- 84 degrees. Then when we got another room we found the sheets were not clean- had makeup on the pillow cases. Gym equipment was also broken.
