Horrible 😞
When we arrived, the receptionist, who had already finished her shift, was very dry and told us that there was no room ready for us and that we should wait at least 30 minutes. We understood, but an hour had passed and she had already left and there was no communication between the shifts. After a long wait, we went back to reception and the girl there was much nicer, handed over the keys and we went upstairs. The room was super dirty. The carpet was horrible and stank. The bed linen looked like it hadn't been changed by the previous guest. We were very tired after driving for 9 hours. The sheets and towels were full of hair. We found disposable cups from previous guests under the bed. The pillows stank. We paid for extremely expensive room rates and we didn't even get room service for cleaning on one of the days. We won't be returning and we don't recommend it. The staff are neither helpful nor friendly. The rooms stink and the cleaning service is terrible.

Cold winter’s nite
On the plus side: Proximity to train station was excellent. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. On the negative side: We had a corner unit on a very cold winter night. In order to get the room to a constant 68-70 degree temp, we had to turn the thermostat to 77 degrees and keep it there throughout the night. Apparently the unit should have had 2 chairs, but there was only one. The other (which should have been in the corner) was not in the room,

The perfect spot if you don’t want to drive into the city, but still want to be close to other transportation going into the city. Penn Newark is across the road. There is a stoop leading to it, you won’t even get wet if it’s raining.

Sheets were dirty (stained) so we called down to have them replaced and the left the sheets on the TV stand for us to make the bed ourselves Then, the dirty bedding sat in the corner of the room for 3 days, even though housekeeping was in every day. Also, we got ripped off on parking. They asked us if we wanted to add the parking tonour bill and they charged us $47 a night to park. When we left the parking garage, we saw the rate was $30 per 24 hours. They overcharged is almost $60!! I would NOT recommend this hotel
