Très déçus

Nous aurions du faire confiance aux avis négatifs. L'appartement était spacieux et confortable c'est le seul point positif. Mais pas de lave-linge, des ampoules manquantes, la climatisation à fond les premiers jours puis aucune alors qu'il faisait chaud, peu de matériel de cuisine ou abîmé ( bouilloire qui fuit notamment), une TV sans télécommande donc inutilisable, les lumières extérieures allumées toute la nuit donc difficile de dormir car pas de volets. 3 pauvres chiens vivant (seuls ?)au rez-de-chaussée, qui semblent voir du monde uniquement pour être nourris. Les locataires du dessus faisaient beaucoup de bruit en marchant en chaussures même la nuit. Un hôte antipathique qui semblait vouloir le minimum de contacts avec nous et très vite agacé par nos questions et nos incompréhensions des règles en vigueur. Nous avons l'habitude de louer pour les vacances et c'est notre première mauvaise expérience. Nous ne ferons plus appel à Abritel.

Perfect room, kitchen to refurnish!

Our stay was very good. The apartment and the rooms are clean and comfortable. As for the kitchen, there is a lot of lack of stock. The number of glasses and utensils was insufficient for 6. Also, there were no dish towels or towels to wash the table. Also, the fridge in the pictures is not the same and the water is not cold, so we had to go buy cans of water to put in the fridge. In general, the apartment is perfect for those who do not cook but for those who want to cook, it is not! the ideal place

Good day thank you for you feedback. We actually have more than 6 cups and extra plastic utensils and two full sets of kitchen and knife sets. An air fryer as well and the fridge is as depicted never changed. The kitchen is as represented in the pictures. Your feedback will be shared with our team.

It wasn’t good. I could go into detail about all the things we disliked (which was most of it) but I think in the end it’s best to stick with it wasn’t good and we will not be returning. Ever.

Good day Marjana we are concerned by your review. It is always our goal to provide top quality service for our guest. Based off what your survey said one issue you had was check in. You informed us of a smooth check in however you did arrive early and checked in early around 1 pm without informing the host you checked in . You then waited until after check in time 3 pm to inform us that you had checked in. Fortunately our cameras that monitor check In was able to clarify your check in was smooth however our policy is that there is a charge for early check in. Having checked in more than an hour early you had to pay our fee. We don’t want to speculate however should you have not received a fee for checking in early or got caught self checking in early we would not be receiving this poor review which is negated by plenty of in-depth positive reviews. im sure much like the rest of the communication it was a great stay as you stated via private messages and you were thankful for staying. You were the first guest to use the brand new air fryer amenities , stainless steal appliances , blender , and two coffee pot, use our new dining room set , we provided extra towels linens wash cloths papertowel and more. Every seasoning you could think of in the cabinets. We would truly like more detail surrounding what you did not like. A question we have is why was this negative not expressed in private ? Why did you thank us and compliment us on our space in the start and ending of your trip if you knew you never were coming back again ? Why if it was a one star why did you stay the whole duration of your stay? Why didn’t you say anything when we crossed paths from time to time as I handled property duties ? Your feedback will allow us to grow and duly we look forward to it.

Quick overnight needed

We had gone to the meadowlands for a concert and needed a place to stay the night. Apt was clean and beds were comfortable. The check in process got mixed up and I was given the wrong apt number. It was very late when we arrived, 12:30 am, but the property manager answered my messages and even called us to help us get into the apt and apologized for the mix up. The reason I didn’t rate this higher is you can’t control the thermostat. It does say it in the reviews but it had been a very hot day and the apt was 75 degrees and we got in. We would have liked to put in the air to cool it down. We just slept with the windows open.

Hey Cherine, Thank you for your review and your feedback will be shared with our team. Two things we want to highlight about your stay. The air was on and set to 75 degrees before you came. Should you have needed to unlock the thermostat per check in instructions guest can request the key which is also left in the unit. You can also request your desired temperature. 75 degrees was set by a previous guest who checked out the same day you check in. All guest can request and are granted access. You did not request this and had you it would have made your stay more comfortable. We hope to host you in the near future. Thank you.

Girls weekend in NYC

Good place to stay

Overall we had a good experience with our stay. The house was clean and well furnished. The owner was very friends and was quick to offer help and dinner suggestions(Brooklyn Pizza was great by the way). I do have a few small gripes. Would have liked to have more towels/wash cloths and a baking sheet or 2 so the over could be used. Also would have like to be able to control the thermostat. Overall a great experience and would stay again if I were in the area.

Overall great stay

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. It was very clean. The check in and out process had a few hiccups however the owner was able to resolve them quickly. The grass wall and neon sign was a great feature that made for a great photo opportunity.

This home was overall a very nice stay! The beds were so comfortable and everything was clean! We traveled for a concert in Newark so for that, it was perfect.

Owner kept coming by during stay,he also kept callin me and texting me harrassing ne about family memeber visiting. Threatened to put me out thru text message if i didnt give him 150 extra dollars for vistor visiting.

Came for Daughter and Son n Love Baby Shower

It was a decent stay, but I have stayed in much better establishments. The property manager was pleasant and very helpful and amenable to the needs of my mother who is disabled and elderly. You cannot control the temperature. The thermostat was set up 77 degrees, which made it extremely hot, however, we opened up the windows and sliding glass door to the patio. This resulted in the place cooling off. If you like plush towels, you better bring your own. The towels and wash clothes seems like there were bought at a thrift shop or a garage sale. However, any concern we had was addressed. My family was comfortable.One small issues was the smell of marijuana throughout the place on two occasions. It was coming through the vents from a joining unit. It was no problem because it is legal in New Jersey, however, some other renter may have an issue or allergic to the smell. We told the property, but he said he could not smell it. My brother and I laughed because we knew it was him...Who orders food by Doordash 12am in the morning if they don't have the munchies :o) All good.

Good day Ralph, Thank you for your stay at our Establishment. We’d like to address some of the concerns that your brought up in review we wish you would have brought these to our attention in person to allow for us to mitigate. Guest are informed that the thermostat is locked prior to their stay and we give you the option to request your temperature in advance , and also we have a key located in the apartment that upon request guest can AT WILL change the temperature. Should you have mentioned this to us we could have directed you correctly. Our towels/ wash rags are hotel quality standard some are Ralph Lauren others USPA. Towels are changed regularly and inspected for quality regularly. You never mentioned any quality issues with our towels and if you did we would’ve gladly replaced them to get you more “plush” towels if available. No others were on the premesis but your family during your stay. As stated marijuana is legal in Nj and we cannot control folks who smoke outside or pass by smoking. While it might be taboo to others coming from other states it is common in NY and NJ to see people publicly consuming marijuana. You had the windows and doors open as you stated which the smell for sure will blow in as the homes adjacent are close and we have medical patients who have conditions that live near by. . That’s beyond our control and in the future please keep windows closed. Our staff was on hand to help you- discussing what they do on their personal time such as ordering food and then never reporting or seeing anyone on the premises smoke is truly invasive of privacy and judge mental to make the point “you know it was him” our property manager only was there to help you on check in and no other point would be there unless contacted. People order food because they are hungry simply it’s not uncommon for our staff to be there late to assist such as we did with a late check in and icy conditions such as our property manager who works late and was waiting on you to check in at 12 am and on standby for your Assitance with the disabled. This you were informed of and still you put this in your review. Thank you for all the compliments.
