There was roaches everywhere!! I didn’t even stay the night. Bed full of roaches. Will never book there again!!

Fantastic service from check-in, reception, the Very good experience here. I had to stay here for a night and I believe the kind woman at the front desk, showed kindness and had a huge heart.. they got me in early, upgraded my room for me without me asking since I wanted an upper floor. The coffee was good.. thank you Redroof staff you were all wonderful. The room was very clean and spacious I love the decorations of the room, bed was super comfy thank you

They moved us two different rooms both infested with roaches they agreed to cancle and refund both room and 100 deposit but nothing has been credited to may account yet

the staff was nice but the room was not up to par. the toilet was not flushing and the floor was sticky when walking
