Dumpster fire that should be avoided.
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis place is a dumpster fire. Walls are paper thin. The street traffic is so incredibly loud. It’s impossible to sleep & get rest due to all the noise. The front desk person Renata is unprofessional, nasty & aggressive. When we went down to ask why our key wasn’t working she accused us of not rechecking in for our stay. Why would we recheck in the hotel mid stay? Makes absolutely zero sense. Worst part was getting stuck for 45 minutes in their elevator that should be condemned. Front desk person called the elevator company not the fire department which was two doors down to get us out. We had to call 911 to get assistance. Absolutely no apology or effort to help adults struggling to breath in a cramped space. They would rather save money than address an emergency situation properly. This place is a disgrace.

Cute and clean
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsCute, clean right near all the shopping and restaurants in Westfield. The elevator is a little old/sus so we only used it for luggage otherwise took the stairs. Bedroom was a great size, bathroom also very large and nice. Would stay here again.

Think twice before maing a reservation via Expedia
Publié le 28 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe room on the second floor was noisy every step on the 3rd floor was heard as well as the nearby elevator and the ice machine. As i had asked a quiet room, i was upset. When i went back to thhe receptionist he told me he had other rooms but he was not allowed to move us because it was booked via expedia (hotels. Com). I told him i was willing to pay the difference in cash. He told me he can't. I was very upset and sfter looking i realized there is no way tl reach hotels.com

Parking for hotel very tight and very limited. Accomodates about 12 cars. When asked if there was additional parking, hotel attendant said no that it was the only parking. Suspect there was more but attendant didn't know or share.
